Marych has maintained a Full-Time Private Practice in Psychotherapy since 1990.
After her 1985 graduation from the Institute of Psychosynthesis Marych joined the staff, part-time, for three years. She worked as a Psychotherapist with adult clients and taught on Introductory Courses.
In affiliation with the Institute of Psychosynthesis she offered 'sliding scale' psychotherapy in St. Catherine's Pastoral Counselling Centre, Tallaght, County Dublin from 1983 to 1985.
Marych offered free psychotherapy to adults attending a 'Back-to-Work' Employment scheme run by FAS in Dunlaogharie, County Dublin from 1990 to 1992.
She supervised Baby Observation on the masters Course in the Irish Institute of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (IIPP), Dublin during the late 1990s.
Marych facilitated Group Supervision for Psychologists, Addiction Counsellors and Psychiatric Nurses for the HSE Psychiatric Services in Ballinasloe and Loughrea, County Galway from 1999 to 2004.
She facilitated Group Supervision for Youth Workers working with GYF in Galway City from 2002 to 2003.
Marych offered Long-Term Psychotherapy to Adults, one day a week, for five years at Knock Counselling Centre, Knock, County Mayo from 1999 to 2004.
As the Psychotherapist working with the Palliative Care Team of UCHG (University College Hospital Galway) from 2004 to 2010 Marych supported patients, and their families, living with Cancer, Terminal Illness and Chronic Pain.
